With the POF gas system, your rail options include the Predator, or the Predator. The slickest POF setup I've seen was built on a Vltor VIS upper. I think that this was a one off upper built by POF. I sure hope that they offer it in the near future. The rail situation  is probably the single biggest deterent keeping people from buying POF. Nothing technicaly wrong with the Predator, it's just big and heavy.

You can opt for the "slim" version.  They mill off the two side rails (sometimes you can find them with the bottom rail off as well) leaving the top and about 2 inches of rail at the front sides and bottom.  Then they spray it with truck bed liner.  Any guess how that looks?  I have seen them with a mostly smooth texture and others with a cottage cheese look.  You don't get a choice, (I called and asked) you just get what you get.  I got a JP system, but I went with DI, so that wont work for you.

its not on the top of my must have list, but for what it is and the price, it is not a bad rail.  I am just not a fan of the rail on rail application.

I'm starting my 3rd build on a Pred rail and love them them all in the "X" Extended version.
