I am considering purchasing a new flat top Colt M4 upper 16.1" Barreled with "C MP 5.56 NATO 1/9", marking on top of barrel. " M4 " stamped above gas tube hole in reciever. Reciever has the M4 feed ramp cuts. Side sling adapter, Bayo lug, stepped down barrel for M203 Mount, and M4 double shield Handguards.

I have a new Colt LE6920 lower that I intend to match it with.

Question: The original LE6920 comes like the above description, but with a 1/7 twist.  So what model or type of upper am I looking at in the above described item.  I was told it is the HB upper to a LE6920, but I am clueless and looking for some expert advice & guidence.  AND, how much is a fair value for the above with handle and BCG.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Sounds like the 6920HB upper  or 6922 upper
The 6721 does not have the M4 barrel profile

For what its worth.. 899.00 at SAW.  Probably the only place to get one new.  www.specializedarmament.com/products/UPPER_RECEIVER_GROUP_LE6922_W_BOLT_GROUP_FLAT_TOP_UPPER_W_CARRY_HANDLE_16in_1_9_M4_BBL-385-4.html

Used, I would guess 650.00-750.00

its a 6922 upper. The 6922 was made with a 1/9 and the 6920 has the 1/7. I believe these uppers not that common.

This is the correct information.
