Hi,

I am a new member here and would ask the community about "www.ftfindustries.com".
Did anybody do business with this company before ? I emailed them two times and got no response. Does anybody know, how to reach them by phone (on their website there is no Phone No.) ?

Thanks

Martin

Never heard of them before now, but a quick glance at their website under "AR15 parts" showed me a couple of things...  Specifically, there are a few parts listed as "Bushmaster" that are definitely NOT Bushmaster parts and appear to be DPMS.

With so many knowledgeable and trustworthy vendors here on this site (SEE BANNERS ABOVE) I have no reason to gamble my money and press my luck elsewhere.

Bought some lower parts spring kits from them.  Some had all the parts, others didn't.  Some had pins that fit well, other pins would not fit in the proper hole.  FWIW.

I also had an e-mail go unanswered. I wanted to know if I could purchase mechandise from him in person with cash (I am about 1 hour away).  No reply.

Got a bolt carrier from them, they advertised it as a Bushmaster. When it finally arrived, it had a gas key that wasn't chrome lined inside. The carrier itself seemed OK. Not very impressed with FTF, I would steer clear of them and buy elsewhere.

Ordered from their website once.  Months passed with no confirmation email, no charge on my card, nothing.  Finally I email them and have my order cancelled.  I receive an email confirmation for my cancellation, but never received one for the initial order.

They may be an OK company, but my experience was pretty bad.  I won't try to order from them again.  Like another poster said, with so many reputable companies, some of which sponsor this site, why not go with one of the "good guys".

Oh, ya, thanks for jogging the old memory.  They advertise alot of stuff as Bushmaster and it CLEARLY IS NOT Bushmaster components.  Buyer beware.

That's funny.. As soon as I read it I thought "failure to Fire" Industries. Not a good name anyhow.

The carrier I got from them was leaking gas and caused failures to feed until I replaced the gas key. That's why I dubbed them "failure to feed industries". They've earned it.

quotes from another thread:

"they messed up the only thing i ever ordered from them.
after repeated email communication before i ordered.
and made zero effort to make it right afterward."

"Be lucky if you even get anything you order from FTF."
