Just a note to tell folks that I recently bought, then screwed up a RRA AR15, shooting it with a bit of a loose barrel, a loose forgrip, etc, all installed by an amatuer smith.  I wrote rock river Arms, they told me to send it in, I did, and got it back in like 4 days, completely fixed, the Larue 9" properly installed, headspaced and barrel reinstalled, new trigger group, new gas block installed, all for free.  What great service!  Just thought I would pass this along as I think it is pretty rare to find an outfit that behaves like this after they have your money.
Oh yea, it shoots about  3/4 MOA as well...

The thread title should say RRA costumer service rocks.  They did send you a faulty weapon, didn't they?

Paulinski...reread his thread.  It wasn't a factory assembled firearm/upper.  We just had to fix up what someone else put together and make sure it was safe.

That's pretty unheard of from any firearms manufacturer

And another tally mark for RRA. Try getting that kind of service from Colt on a third-party modified rifle....

That's the part that sticks out to me.  For RRA to fix up a gun with a third party manufacturer's rail really makes a statement about their customer service.

Kudos RRA.
