Is there anyway to figure out how many "ribs" you need without just guessing?  I obviously need 2 full-size ones, but I can't figure out how to determine how many ribs I need to go around my DD offset light mount or my TangoDown VFG.

A one rib panel is 1 1/8" long.  This includes the metal clip.  Add 1/2" per rib.

Hope that helps.

So it seems that a 6-rib will fit like a glove on the bottom, and 2 4-rib panels will fit around my light mount but they might need sanded just a touch.  Cool, thanks guys!

On my RAS the panels have about a 1/16" of play when locked in so you just might be ok.

Next question.  Who has 'em for the cheapest?  I see they're $20 over at Lightfighter.

Tempting, but I need 2 11-rib panels as well.  And I'd rather not go used.
