Alright I got a Bush Master XM15 M4 16inch.  I have been looking for a rail that can be installed just like the hand guards.  Does anyone have any info and or personal experience with any quad rail of this type.  If so please give me the manufacturer name / price / any info you can.  I was looking in spending somewhere around $125 - $165 on the rail.

I tried to search the forums but couldn't find any posts on this subject.

Thanks,
-Martin

You will want carbine length, non-Colt
Colt front handguard caps are a bit different than others.

So would the sure fire M73 Forend work?  It says "Picatinny forend for the AR/M4-type carbines that replaces the weapon's stock forend "

Yes, that's what I have on my Bushmaster.
They lock up TIGHT, no wobble.

Alright I purchased the Surefire M73 rail system for my M4.  But I am wondering how tight do I tighten the screws?  I stopped before I felt like I was wrenching it into place.
Thanks,

The Surefire M73 is a great alternative to more complexe, free-floating forearms.

However, it will change your point of impact.  Especially if you torque it down significantly.  Unless you're mounting optics/lasers to the rails, just screw them down until it stops moving.  Any more and you'll depress your point of impact.

And Loc-Tite blue works great.

I have the Colt 6721 upper (M4 upper with 16" HBAR barrel).
It has the round handguard caps and works perfectly with the Surefire M73:

So I should be safe to tighten them to the point where they don't wobble and are firm without effecting anything correct?

Obviously you want to rezeroe your carbine after swapping out any part.  especially a major part like a railed handguard.
