Who makes a good 18 inch 1/8 bbl assy?  Need good accuracy, but not a bull bbl.

Looking to replace my RRA 16 in bbl with a 1/8 so I can shoot the heavies.

Thanks in advance.

Its easyer to look for a 1/7 bbl.  WOA makes a good one, SPR contour.

Look at www.rainierarms.com or www.adcofirearms.com

I've been looking for the same thing, and the WOA barrels are about the best bang for the buck, from what I've found.  The problem is, nobody seems to have an 18" barrel with the rifle length gas system.

The 18" rifle gas barrels are on backorder right now, but alot of us including JTAC will have them pretty soon.

I like 1/8 myself, but fewer choices in production type barrels available.

Easiest option might well be to either order a custom barrel from someone like ar15barrels, or get an RRA 20" barrel and have it cut to 18" (and possibly reprofiled to a lighter weight as well.)

Most all of the stainless match barrel makers make 1/8 twist blanks.  I don't know of anyone making carbon steel 1/8 though.

Lilja makes awesome barrels.  His RECCE run in stainless were 1:7.7.

This is my WOA 18" 1/7 SPR bbl with rifle gas system.  Just bead blasted it today cause I don't like it shinning in sunny days.  I'm still waiting for a Vortex FH.  I used to have a JP BC brake but it was so fricking loud and I didnt notice any remarkable recoil reduction.

For sure this bbl is the best bang for the buck and pretty accurate aswell.
