I see a lot of Vortex's on precision rifles. I understand that they have no detrimental effect on mechanical accuracy, I was wondering if the Knights Armament q.d. comp shares effect as well (Better or worse.) If the KAC comp hides flash better than an A2, is lighter and shorter than a Vortex, has no ill effects on accuracy, and won't kick up dust when shooting prone, tell me what I'm missing! Anyone have the weights and OAL of the two? |

THE VORTEX HIDES THE FLASH BETTER, TRUE. IT'S A GREAT MUZZLE DEVICE FOR ACCURACY, TOO. THE KAC M4 QD COMP HANDLES DUST SIGNATURE AND MUZZLE RISE BETTER; PLUS, IT IS EVERY BIT AS ACCURATE AS THE VORTEX.
