i know Tom Sawyer is good, does anyone else do good work, also do these people supply blank lowers or do you need to get them from somewhere else? If anyone has any pitures of a "zombie" lower that would be awesome.

You can find someone with a laser engraver (like a trophy shop) that can scan your artwork and burn it for you.

If he does, I don't know about it. I sent him my lower and he engraved and returned it. In my case, for an AR pistol:
