Is my new 9mm buffer going to wear out anything faster, like the bolt, in my 5.56mm bushmaster carbine?

Thanks!

The ammo you use, the way you clean your weapon, and how you shoot your Bushie will all probably play a much larger part in wear than your 9mm buffer.  If anything, slowing things down with the heavier buffer will probably help.

QUESTION about Buffers

I did have a standard buffer and the shorty shot perfectly

Now I bought a VLTOR wich came with a H buffer

When I let go of the CHARGE HANDLE it REALLY SLAMS HOME?      compared to the standard buffer

Will this cause extra wear?

Also my Shorty wont lock back on last round fired  useing regular 223 WIN 55 load NOW?

But locks back fine with M193/M855/SS109

Heavier buffers don't like lighter loads.  As far as the charging handle, I always teach that it should be charged as violently as possible, and I've never seen or had any problems with my gear.  I've got thousands of dry fire drill "charges" in, so I doubt you are ever going to see any issues.

Stickman is right on the money.  The charge handle flying home when charging isn't going to cause any problems with a rifle that is put together correctly.  Nothing compared to the stresses it handles just fine when firing.

Does a carbine with a 9mm buffer shoot similar to a midlenght gas system ar?  Will amiddy run with a 9mm buffer?

To be honest, it depends on how much trigger time you have with each.  It will feel different to different people.

A midlength shouldn't have any issues, but again, it is going to depend on the ammo, as well as other things.  The need for it in a mid length really isn't the same.  I have never tried it for myself, so I can't give you a 100% certain answer.
