[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How do you know??

How can you tell if a Colt upper is REALLY a Colt upper? I don't see any markings on it.

usually by the markings on the upper or bbl.

Barrel is an EMCO. I found what the "LK" marking on the rear of the carry handle (on the A2) is... says it's a FN / Kaiser.

The other 2 uppers (flatops) both have "C AF" which says they are Colt / Alcoa Forge.

I am NOT familiar with the FN / Kaiser. Can someone throw me a clue or two please??

Ok so we know that "LK" = FN / Kaiser or
= LAR / Kaiser

Does anyone have experience with these uppers?? What quality and so on?
