Do your upper and lower have the same finish qualities?

I am curious because I have a Stag Ltd edition M4 upper and a Stag lower that I bought seperately. Although both are fine from a finish aspect, the upper seems to have more of a satiny like finish where the lower has a more flat powdery texture.

I was wondering if that is a Stag thing on all rifles or only on parts guns.

I got much the same Stag set up. Both my lower and upper match in color and texture. It's a very tight fit also. I got the lower from Dennys and the upper from Eagle Firearms.
