[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Upper ID

I'm looking at a used upper of $325 w/o bolt assembly. However there are no markings exept "B99 and R1 on the front sight post any idea who makes it. It looks like its in good condition, but I don't want something without knowing who made it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
