I bought this in 1999, give or take a year.  It's a 16" bull barrel target upper with a free floating handguard.  I believe, but I cannot remember for sure, that it was sold to me as Wilson brand.  Possibly that's  just the barrel?  There are no markings anywhere on the barrel, handguard, or upper.  The bolt and carrier was purchased seperately, so no help their either.  I don't remember exactly what I paid either.  I was buying a lot of stuff that day.

I may be selling or more likely trading this soon, so if anyone can give me an idea of what it's worth, that would be great.  It has about 250 rounds through it.

Thanks for any help!

There's really no way to tell.

The barrel may be a Wilson, but if you can't see markings, it won't help.

Receivers are not distinguishable from markings, save Colt and Armalite.

The FF tube looks like a generic tube.  Nothing fancy and nobody's specific product.

$300ish, give or take a little might be fair.
