very nice lowers. I have 3 of them. Great finish that match perfectly my BM and CMT uppers.
They are made by LAR manufacturing which is one of the major lower maker (they made some of Bushmaster lowers).

They are made in West Jordan, Utah. A buddy of mine is building his first AR on one right now. They have a very black finnish on them.
