Is Colt the only one who marks their uppers with"M4" above the gas port?  I have an A3 upper with "M4", but no other forging marks and it doesn't have the T numbers.  It does have the annondized M4 cuts.

sounds like you have a m4 upper reciever

The only marking on the receiver.  No T numbers.

Nice upper.

M4 markings are a Colt thing.

My 6721 upper is marked the same.
