I'm thinking of buying an M&A Parts mid-length kit but I'm not getting real good vibes about M&A in various postings here. I don't want to pee away my hard earned $$$, so can anybody give me some specifics about M&A quality, price, customer service.... whatever....I need to be aware of.  Much Thanks!!!!

I bought a MA midlength about two months ago and am quite satisfied.  Through about 500 rounds it has been totally reliable and accuate.  Once I put on a free float tube I have been getting consistent sub MOA 5-shot groups with most ammo.  I did replace the trigger, which was hard and gritty.

Don't know much about M&A but their midlength kits are Rock River which is good quality.  You may also want to check out Eaglefirearms.  They are in Colorado and have excellent prices on Rock River products.  They are great people to deal with, too.

OK, that did it. I'll admit it, I'm shallow, cheap AND easy. The blue tank top sold me. Order on the way.

There were some pictures posted by board members a while back.  They were of midlength uppers from M&A and showed the RRA logos.  Can't seems to find the thread though...

You'll be happy with Rock River (I'm assuming you're talking about the kit and not the Pam-o-matic).

Some are, some are not. We have no choice or ability to tell. We just grab 'em off the shelf and get them into UPS.

Have no doubt, they are RRA.

Just as our standard upper manufacturer is LMT. None of them are marked.

Most of our customers prefer it that way. The onliest mark you might find is 5.56 Nato under the barrel.

You will have no problems with M&A.

I started buying M-60 and M-16 parts from Bill's father-in-law almost 25-26 years ago. I have dealt with Bill since he took over from Jerry and his wife.  Never had a problem , EVER!

I bought my first Mid-length a month ago and I am about to buy another next week. I put my first middie upper on an RRA lower and it is the tightest fit I've ever had between an AR upper and lower.  It's perfect.

I usually buy parts in person from M&A  at the Houston Gun show but they (the gun show folks) have become very squirrellyhat

I completed my first build using a MEGA Lower and M&A mid-length kit. I was a bit concerned about the M&A kit because of some bad press posted by some folks in this forum. I just want to say that I am completely and totally satisfied with M&A. Period!!! My kit was delivered quickly, packed securely and was definitely of good quality. Everything went together very, very easily and to boot, the gun looks pretty good.  I put almost 200 rounds of Winchester through it today and it performed flawlessly!!!! It ate every round and spit it out with very respectable accuracy. I'm no expert but I did 22 years in the AF and carried a '16 of one type or another for a big chunk of that time.  This gun compares completely in every regard.
Thanks M&A, MEGA Machine, the folks here posting great info and especially Brandon.
