It is SIR-M

since he is in Finland, those are probably BR Reflex.

It is one of our thread mounting products. We also manufacture a suppressor that attaches directly to the factory A1/A2 flash hider, the CQB-QM.

As far as seeing them in the U.S, i would suggest to keep your eyes open
