Try Cardinal, Cerro or Anchor-Harvey.. those are the 3 main AR15  FORGINGS suppliers.

I know they make upper receivers and it is very likely that they make lower receiver forgings also.

DSA makes and/or sells raw receiver forgings to the public.

You guys are funny. thanks for the input. I am looking for the raw forgings. I have a CNC machine with capacity and am playing with the Idea of 80% or complete. Befor I do the formalities I need to look at the economics. Thanks to all of you. I love this board.
