Anyone have any comments about these? I haven't seen a lot written about them. Are they Mil-spec rails?

Don't know the specifics on the rails, but if I recall correctly they are on the heavy side.

They are much heavier, more expensive, and less apt to be tightly in-spec than their competition, so no one uses or recommends them.

I've had one. It was a decent rail system but with all the other choices on the market you can do better. I had a rifle length on a dissipator and it was a pig.

Thanks Paul, Troy and Jason. Man, I couldn't have picked a better crowd to get responses from. Any suggestions on some carbine lengths under $200? I am also considering the Surefire -- but I'm leaning towards a free-float.
