The pic on the right is Pink Floyd's "Wish you were here" album cover.  The pic on the left is the top view of the pipes above the Redhook Ale bottling line at the brewery.  I work there.

Looks like a RRA star selector to me.

BTW MrScaramanga [Mrs.Cleo] I predict that Cheap red dot will be gone within the next few months, mon[Mrs.Cleo]

I have one........It was on the rifle about a month or two. It's been sitting in my Ammo can/Range can thingy since then (about a year)

Maybe it is the lighting but it looks weird, like the vertical ribs never meet, like there is a grayish gap between the upper and lower handguard.

cheap red dot, I know, but for a starving college student it was all I could afford after buying the rifle.  It is surprisingly accurate out to 75-100 yds. and thats all I need for screwing around at the sand pit.

I'm dying to own a 16" midlength AR with an A1 upper reciever!!!  As for the barrel profile, I might actually prefer a heavy barrel, although I may elect to flute it or have it turned down....jury is still out!  But that's the piece I've been daydreaming about since I came to terms with my gun addiction a month back.
