Ok, Stupid question time:

What is better for a 14.5" M4 barrel a 1 in 7 twist or a 1 in 9 twist

And why??

Well hard ?. What are you going to be shooting? 55grn 62grn or ? Whats the purpose of the rifle?

I'd like to be able to shoot a good mix of differant rounds but, mostly 55 grian XM193 and 62 grain M855 surplus military ammo.

What do you think?

I like the 1/7 for a M4 personally and I only shoot 55 & 62 grn stuff.
