| I just received my LMT Crane stock today and am trying to install it on my registered M16. For some reason I cannot get the stock to extend. The threaded pin in the bottom has about 3/8" clearance between the stock body and the lever--the lever just flops around on the stock with no tension like it is extended, but the stock will not extend. I don't want to pull out on it any harder for fear of breaking it. Any suggestions? |

GOT IT! For some reason, the receiver extension was shoved too far down into the stock. I threaded the castle nut onto the stock and tightened it down in order to draw out the receiver extension. The stock slides pretty tightly up and down the tube. Definitely no rattle here.
