Or you can try this one. Builders Squad This is by far the best site I have found for building 80% receivers. Then again Ray-Vin has an awesome page too Ray-Vin Technical Pages Good luck. Its a ton of fun building your own.

Is there a reason you wont to do a 80% build, For a couple bucks more you can have a new receiver that is all ready finish for you.

I'm just checking to see what it takes.... cause me and my friend were gonna buy some ameetec lowers but he messed up sending the ffl's or something..... anywho. Thanks for the links
