Hello from the AK side. I'm considering my next build to be a M4. The only experience I have with the AR-15 is with Bushmaster. Many years ago I got a 16" commando from them, great rifle. I'm not up on the AR-15 as much as I am the Ak-74 so I need your opinion. Are LMT upper assemblies mil-spec hardcoat anodized or something elese ? Also, are their barrels as good as Bushmaster's ? Are the feedcut ramps cut prior to anodizing ? Do they have forged FSB's and charging handles ? And do mil-spec detachable handles fit or are they odd sized ? Any other information or opinion is appreciated. Also, do CMMG use DPMS parts ? Thanks, AKS74K |
