What is the best barrel twist rate for using .223 Federal Match 69 gr. Sierra MatchKing BTHP. Should I just use the 1:9 or would it be better to use the 1:8. also how do you post a picture?

Either twist will work just fine. The 1 in 8" twist will give you a little more versatility in that with it you can also shoot the 77 and 80 grain bullets if you desire. Neither twist is any more accurate than the other, all things being equal.
