I'm done with this Mini Y Comp thing, ugh, BUT It's a POST ban Bushy, so without the comp it's 14.5", a no no w/ ATF I guess...what can I do? Also, BM says it's "permanently attatched"...do I have to just buy a new 16" barrell, less comp if that's what I want? |
| I have heard of plenty of guys removing them with varying degrees of succes. I would go at it with a dremel then before you get to the threads use a cold chisel and crack the rest of the brake off. You would be fine if you go through the steps to perm attach another muzzle device. there are various posts on the methods of doing that posted here and on the maryland ar15 shooters site. Or you could just sell it on equipment exchange take that money and order what you want from bushmaster. |
