That's just a YHM 2-piece handguard, which, without the BMAS moniker, sells for around $109 IIRC. Check over in the Equipment Exchange or Industry section. For a little less than the $179, there is also the Surefire M73 which is a similar setup but seems to be getting a little bit better reviews (I can't speak from personal experience with either).
