| I have a Rock River A2 with a HBAR. I have shot some 3 gun matches and I would like to purchase an A4 upper on which I will mount either an Aimpoint or an EOTECH. Thsi upper would go on the Rock River lower. I have the opportunity to attend a Jim Crews Urban Tactical Rifle course in two weeks, so I would like to get set up ASAP. Suggestions on companies or places to supply a good quality upper with a very quich turn around time would be appreciated. Also, I am assuming that I would be best with a 16" bbl. Comments on this would also be welcome. Thanks |

Comments on this would also be welcome. That's a can of worms. What do you want/need from it? What optics do you plan to use? [img]www.adcofirearms.com/images/muttar.jpg[/img] Off the top off my head, 16" midlength, lightwight, DD or PRI forend, PRI front sight, with an 2X mini ACOG :-) You'll be amazed how much you get from a 2X ACOG! Another vote for Steve, I recently purchased an A4 upper receiver and a complete car style 16 inch A4 upper half from ADCO. The complete upper is for my brother's AR and the other A4 is going on my 16 inch bushmaster HBAR (Mounting an Eotech and Arms 40 on both). I was really impressed with the whole experience, especially the short time from when I mailed funds and recieved the package. Definitely buying more goodies from Steve in the future. |
