How tall is the hump on the RAS 2 from the top of the receiver rail to the top of the hump rail?

I think it is the same height as SIR sleeves, which is like .460? I'm not sure but it should be either that or less than that.

As long as it's less than .875. I want to put an RAS 2 on my carbine, but I want to be able to use my Leupy/ARMS 22H combo. As long as it's shorter than the above measurement, I'm good to go.

Is the loopy going to straddle the hump?

Yes, sir, it is. It already straddles the FF tube nut on my 20" with one ring being on the FF tube and the other being on the receiver. Height of the hump was my only concern.

I think you'll be fine with high rings.

Does the bulge near the turrets sit any lower than the body of the scope?

Maybe 1/16" or so. It should be fine.
