I was told yes as an answer to the same question by a RRA tech guy over the phone. (So long as it's permanently affixed, of course.) I have a new one for sale if you want one; I just decided to put the newer RRA one on my pseudo-SPR.

Thanks for your reply. I ordered an upper with one for use on my post ban. I was wondering if they were post ban legal because they are advertised as LE only/Pre Ban on Sable Co's website.
