Hey Guys,

I didn't want to bother Richard with a bunch of mind numbing questions so I decided I'd post here.

1) Does the Magpul M93 come with all required hardware to install on the rifle (ie. buffer, spring, tube, etc)?

2) Is it difficult to install?  What tools would I need?

3) How does the weight of the M93 compare to that of say an RRA 6 position ribbed stock?

4) Is there a rubber buttpad that can be attached to the M93?

Thanks all!

Well, the M93 is not yet available, so, the answer to your questions at the moment is no. However, they will be available very soon. so with that in mind, here is the answers as I understand them.

1) No, the stock will not come with a buffer spring or buffer. It has its own buffer tube, and and carbine buffer spring and buffer will work with the MSS buffer tube.

2) No, it is not really difficult to install. The ones that will be available shortly will be even easier to install than mine was. All the tools you will need is some allen wrenches.

3) The M93 is probably just slightly heavier than the 6 position ribbed stocks. I have no idea how much more though.

4) There will be a rubber butt pad for the end of the stock.

The production M93 is supposed to be lighter than the experimental units we have right now by a little bit.
