| I would like to put a FF RAS (Not the RASII if possible) on my Bushmaster M4 Type carbine. I realize this is going to be tough due to the mini Y Comp being permanently attached. Are there any options other than changing the barrel? Does anybody know of anybody that performs this type of work? |

i put a ff ras on my pre ban colt 16" barrel. th efront site post must be removed. i think you would need to get a pre ban barrel and mount the ff ras then send it off to get the muzzle brake permanatly installed. love the freefloat ras! very solid platform for verticle pistol grip and optics. |

JTD, a good gun smith can remove the Y-Comp for you. if you want send the upper and the handguard to Kurt Kustem, he can even cut the M4 feed ramp for you for a small charge. after the handguard is installed, Kurt have several muzzle brake that are much better looking and better function then the Y-Comp. look for him in the industrial board. |
