There was a guy who was making the phantom copy flashhider look alike, but its slots was not cut out. saling for 40.00. I thought it was on here but i can't find it. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

Not sure but I also thought I saw a post ban style brake that looked like a phantom FS but I cant remember where.  However, just because the slots are blocked/sleeved/uncut does not make it leagal on a post ban rifle, as if any of the flash signature is restricted or reduced its still considered by the ATF as a flashhider.
KKF has a long style brake thats the same length as the phantom, might check out his forum as he may be the one making the phantom copy.
