Looking to FINALLY build up my stripped lower and I want to get an upper kit with a square hand guard and a bull barrel, preferably with a built in muzzle break. Does anyone make such a kit, or am I going to have to piece it together myself?

not quite going for the racegun look, but close.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Square handguard - like the one they used for the 'Light Machinegun' version of the M16?

Very rare - I've only seen them on those rare uppers, and I haven't seen the uppers for many years.

Check out JT Distributing. They offer bull barrels with a trapezoid handguard that looks almost square. I believe this will be the closest thing to what your looking for. John

Fulton Armory, http://www.fultonarmory.com, makes a "varmint" upper that uses the same Badger Ordnance free float tube as the J&T mentioned above, but uses a Krieger barrel. The muzzle is naked. I have one and I've been really happy with it. Over 1,000 rounds through it and 0 malfunctions so far. I have not tested the 0.5 MOA accuracy guarantee with match ammunition yet, though it has been as acccurate as I can shoot it.
