There are several criteria that make that determination. Type barrel, such as is if it is real heavy or not, that has an effect on how much it will flex from external pressures such as hand, sling, bi-pod, etc. Type of hand hold , forward or close to the receiver, bench cradle, etc. In general, you can get up to about 1/3 rd. better with a free float.
