I had assumed they’d be using 17s but the angle here for some reason looks like a 19. Also can tell it’s a Geiselle rail, would make sense it’s a super duty Attached File |

Okay, so I've been working on a regional swat team build for a while now and I've been trying to sort through the almost 90 pages of this thread but it's quite daunting. Can anyone tell me if the regional teams ever used RRA upper receivers instead of colt? Also, can a regional teams clone have the heavy profile colt barrel or does it have to strictly be the LE6933 barrel to be clone correct? Lastly, have they upgraded their surefire lights yet? I know they were rocking the Surefire scouts years ago but I was curious if they have uprgraded to the surefire scout light pro or turbo models? Thanks guys! |

For those that are running suppressors on their clones, which of the two do you use/would work? Surefire SFCT Surefire Warcomp Or better yet, which suppressor would be a good pairing for a HRT build? |

I'm a bit late, haven't been on this thread in a while. Forum member hrt4me posted photos of his duty weapon used on one of the HRT's vehicle teams a couple years back. It used a regular Colt LE6920 lower, right down to the shaved selector stops and everything. Apparently select fire lowers aren't that common on FBI weapons, so commercial Colt lowers are good for these clones. If I ever come across one, I'd like to use one of these old Rock River lowers, before they changed their roll mark. These are what the FBI used before switching to Colt. It would be interesting and different to built a clone on one of these lowers, to represent one that was upgraded with the Geissele rail and Colt barrel later in life. Attached File |

I was thinking this but the barrel is different after the FSB, there is a dramatic diff on barrel diam in the newer barrels, this one seems to go further past the fsb and diam is not that much different. I have a factory Colt 933 that I cannot use for my project. |
