Just need to find someone who's willing to take on the job. Which is turning into more of a challenge than I thought. Also just got a Gordy can in process! That's gonna be a little more straightforward, except it's going on my FF RAS carbine thing. Gonna be a freaking pig. |

Yeah I picked up the knights adapter on a whim without checking if it was clone correct. I googled it and saw it was clone correct for the mk12 and JSOC recce but don't know if the same adapter was seen on HK416 recce or HK417s. |

Hello folks
I have an 11.5 Colt that I got the collar and brake for to run the AEM4. I would like to put together a second upper with 15.1 barrel and ff RAS. But, since I’m planning an AEM4 for the short barrel, would a 14.7 barrel work for the long ffRAS with the AEM4 and minimal gap? I know the 4 and 5 are a little different, just not sure. Awesome, thanks. I’m thinking either the 14.7 Wilson Combat or the 15.1 ready made barrel you can get . Can’t remember the brand.
But the AEM4 wouldn’t fit right on the 15.1’s profile if it’s made for the AEM 5 |

For one, most of the info released on whomever within DoD adopted the 6mm ARC first cited the use of an 18” barrel. That doesn’t appear to be 18”. Second, the upper receiver isn’t standard fare. The FA is closer to the ejection port and looks very similar to the BCM Mk2 upper receiver. The opposite side of the upper also features an additional piece that appears to be bolted on, very similar in appearance to the upper receiver Geissele uses in their large frame VSASS rifle. Can’t remember exactly what it’s for, but I believe it has something to do with increased wear resistance in that spot. Also, buttstock doesn’t appear to be anything I’ve seen before and I can’t make out the muzzle device. Just based off appearance, it doesn’t look to have many features indicating it’s a suppressor mount (which would be really odd), but impossible to say with the vacuum bag in the way. |
