12.5" + 3.5" is 16". Negative Ghost Rider. Not when it comes to OAL barrel length. You have to subtract about 5/8" to account for the threaded area. With a 12.5" barrel, you actually need on that is just about 4.5". Something like this is needed. As it says on the link, they used a 12.37" barrel with a pinned and welded Griffin Armament XM Linear comp to bring the barrel OAL to 16.19". |
