Both Spikes and PSA use FN barrels for many of their uppers, though they each have both CHF and non-CHF models in their catalog.
Generally speaking I would go for the CHF barrel if the prices are close, though I would VERY closely inspect the PSA upper with a rear sight and bore sight to be sure the FSB is properly installed as they are well known for some crappy sight installs, canted FSBs, etc. |
