I just found a complete Colt Sporter Lightweight lower (minus stock) marked 7.62x39 with a s/n below LH011326. I'm in Texas so preban is meaningless to me but are there still states where pre-1994 is still important?

I believe the only one for Colt is MA.
I think CT bans Colt by name.
Contrary to popular belief Prebans can still be sold in MA
