Going for a "reece" style rifle but not necessarily blowing away my wallet but getting very good quality.... so here it goes.

Spikes spartan lower
Spikes lower parts kit
Larue MBT trigger
Magpul ACS stock
Spikes NiB bolt carrier group (if there is better for the money please let me know!!!)
Spikes Upper
Fortis REVII 14" mlok rail
Magpul pro MBUIS
Larue Stealth 16" barrel
AAC Breakout compensator (will supress later on)
Vortex Viper PST 2.5-10X44 (or give me other reasonable options) in a larue QD mount

You can save some money on the spikes nib big by picking up a fail zero or wmd.

Barrel, trigger and glass are solid. Everything else is personal preference IMO.

another vote for WMD bcg, but all of your choices are solid.  All qualitv parts imo.  I have a fortis rev 2 on one of my rifles, not sure I trust the mounting.  I've never had a problem with it, but I'm constantly checking it to make sure it hasn't slipped.  It is not as secure a mounting system as a Bootleg, BCM or Midwest rail.
