Got an Anderson lower w/CMMG LPK, works fine.. only issue is the selector squeaks and is kinda gritty. Anything I can do? Or live with it till the parts wear down from use and eventually it goes away?

What type of channel is cut in your selector?  I use RRA selectors now and they have a nice channel for the pin to slide in.  I replaced several old shity selectors with RRA ones.

I normally put a small amount of wax in the selector switch hole on all of my builds and have never had any problems with squeaks or grit,   I have seen some factory selectors squeak, my issued one in the army was terrible, until I tore it down and took a needle file to it, there was a very small burr in it that caused it to squeak no matter how much I lubed it..

Lube with anything resembling a lubricant. Grease it. Oil it. You cannot really spoil it. The whole gun needs some kind of surface treatment. Drop it in a 55 gal. drum of Marvel Mystery Oil. Spray it inside and out with WD-40. It don't make any difference - they all work AND IT WON'T SQUEAK ANYMORE!

Jeez.

Lube it and work it over and over and over again. It's good training too. Remember your finger is not your safety
