There IS a mechanical difference between a "Wylde" chamber, a SAAMI .223 chamber and a 5.56 NATO chamber.  That's what the chart shows.

What kind of difference are you asking about.

For the majority of shooters it will make no difference.  Both barrels take the most common .223 and 5.56 rounds.

I found 2 uppers one is a 5.56 and one is a 223 wylde. I shoot wolf gold.

Either one will work fine for any 5.56 or .223 load you buy. A .223 rem chamber is what I would avoid, but I don't think anybody even makes those anymore. .223 Wylde chamber is fine, 5.56 chamber is fine. Nothing magical about either, I'd just pick one.
