Anyone here have experience with KE Arms DMR Drop In trigger (TiN)?

Bought one because I tried one that my local ffl had and really liked how clean/crisp the break was, the short reset, it's adjustable, and very affordable. I'm switching from a Geissele G2S.

Just got mine in the mail today. Installation is pretty straight forward. Remove the grip, take out the selector, drop the trigger in there, slide the pins in there, tighten the set screws to secure the pins and done.

But, after installation, I am having a few issues with the trigger:
1. It has a very small "click", almost like a reverse reset that holds in place before I can snap the trigger. Making this kinda like a 2 stage (although a single stage). Very weird. But if I adjust the trigger to the lightest weight, it almost disappears half the time.
2. My trigger once fired will not reset. I have to manually push the trigger forward with my finger to manually reset it. Wtf?
3. Or same as the above, but trigger gets stuck during reset and won't budge even if pushed forward. I have to charge the handle again to work
4. Charged the handle to "load" / activate the trigger, but the trigger goes straight into fired position (dangerous?), and I can't push it forward unless I wiggle the selector.

Defective? Or am I doing something wrong? First drop in trigger. Am I missing something? I doubt it but just want to make sure.

Sounds defective, but possibly the screws holding it in are too tight causing the trigger to bind. I would back off the installation screws slightly and see if it makes a difference.

Since it's a drop in and trigger is already "assembled", I tried pulling the trigger outside the receiver to see if the problem persists, and the trigger still sticks. Sigh.

Ya most likely defective.

If your trigger isn't resetting you adjusted the tension too light.  If you back it out too far there will be no spring tension to reset it.  Tighten the reset screw until it resets every time.

Unfortunately, no luck. It will not reset at any setting. Every time I try it the problem get worse. Now it won't fire at all. It sticks so much I have to reset the trigger manually by pushing the trigger forward then pull the trigger. After that it still won't reset. I have to manually do it and repeat. Sigh. Most likely a defect.

I was quite excited to get this trigger. Guess I'll have to wait a few more days for the new one to arrive.
