Besides the poly trigger. Has anyone figured out what is the lightest. The rise armament trigger is what was used in some of the ounces is pounds builds. But most weights I've seen are 2.25-2.75 ounces. I have a heavy hyperfire trigger that is 3 ounces and I love it. My ar will be 3.5lbs with a 3 ounce trigger. May just throw the heavy one in at this point because 3.5lbs is pretty light. My next build I won't be afraid of an extra pound. But wanted this one as light as possible. Any trigger suggestions?

Take a look at Velocity Triggers. Great trigger at a great price.

Hiperfire 24 includes springs for 2.7 pounds break, which is sublime.

The OP is referring to the actual total weight of all the triggers components.  He is trying to assemble a light rifle.

Maybe try to find some Ti trigger pins, bobbed hammer, thin trigger and etc...  Some of the drop in triggers are mostly aluminum.

Wonder what Spikes Enhanced Battle trigger weighs. It has parts that are machined / skeletonized to reduce weight.

Put Geissele SSA-E in my lightweight build... lighter than stock due to lightweight hammer.

FWIW:  There are lots of ways to save weight.  Compromising trigger function, safety and long term reliability by trying to save less than an ounce, seems penny wise and dollar foolish.  I'd put a Geissele SSA-E in that build and know that the extra fraction of an ounce compared to other options (It is already lighter than milspec) would assure smooth, dependable, predictable, safe function, both under stress and for precision shooting.

What this guy said, great triggers for a decent price if you can find them. Check out Omega. Definitely worth the money.

I have to agree with this ^^^
Find ways to save weight outside of your fire control group.

I agree, I love mine with the lightest springs.

Edit: re-read the post OP needs to look elsewhere to lighten, the trigger assembly is not the place to try and save weight.
