| Just wondering if anyone has any information on custom fitting grips? Like a mold-able one or one you go into a shop to get made for your AR15? I know they do this for pistols and stuff just wondering if theres anything out there. I havent done too much research but was able to find this if its any good let me know |

You will be bare handed, thin gloved, and thick gloved... so get a grip that accommodates all your gloves. Get one that works for your finger length/reach, preferred grip angle, and hand volume. No finger grooves is by far the best choice as it allows re-positioning of your hand and does not matter if gloves alter finger spacing or relative thickness of fingers. Hard vs soft material is preference. I prefer hard. |
| I'm thinking you want a Hogue oe Ergo. I have Hogues on everything they make a grip for, except my Redhawk. Seems they used a girl to mold the finger grooves into it and for the big-framed Smiths as well. Otherwise they feel great on all my autos, and even my 700s. Probably as much about the texture as it is about the shape though. |
