How is Stag Arms customer service? Has anyone made a significant purchase from them recently?
Please advise.

I can't answer that but you rarely read about issues with Stag although I'm sure they put out lemons once in a while as everyone does. I use their LPKs on all of my builds. Best std trigger on the market IMO.

I've never considered buying a complete rifle because they always seemed overpriced but I haven't priced checked them recently.

I had a little problem with my model 2 and they took care of me just fine.  Rifle was definitely GTG.

My first AR was a Stag. Never had a problem. I wish I still had that gun.

On my second Model 2 now. Haven't needed customer service yet. I did contact them re: an owners manual and requested info on obtaining a patch. Still waiting to hear from them. tom.

you didn't say whether you were purchasing a complete rifle or a stag arms component.

I bought a stag arms lower receiver for one of my builds and the upper/lower fit was so tight that I had to place the rear takedown pin with a hammer (punch to remove).

it was a "Splitnered A" Olympic Arms upper receiver with carry handle.
