They were acquired by Remington / The Freedom Group. The words "customer service" are no longer in their vocabulary.

I don't think they are in buisiness any more. Every post
I find is a couple if years old at least. Check out the
Crosshill tech side charger . Almost identical to the grizzly,,
So close I wonder if it's not the same people
