Hi guys...I want to buy this complete upper.

However it is out of stock and PSA doesn't know when they will have another in stock. Meanwhile I found this complete JSE upper at fat boy tactical.

It appears to have about the same specs for $20 less.

What does the "Plastic" mean on the model number?

Eh...I missed that.

Perhaps I should be patient and wait for the PSA to come back in stock.

I spend alot of time and money at jse surplus they are about 25 miles from my house . all you have to do is call them and they will tell you what ever you need to know . I do know they have a bunch of uppers in stock .
